By booking Aficionados Upscale Mobile Cigar Lounge (AUMCL), you agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated herein. Services are provided at the discretion of the organizers, and the booking party must adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by AUMCL. Age Restriction: All attendees must be at least 21 years of age. Valid identification is required for entry. Conduct: Attendees must conduct themselves respectfully and orderly. Aficionados Upscale Mobile Cigar Lounge reserves the right to refuse service or remove anyone deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous. Smoking Policy: Our services cater to smoking-friendly events. Attendees acknowledge the risks associated with smoking and are responsible for their actions and health. Personal Belongings: The booking party and attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. Aficionados Upscale Mobile Cigar Lounge and Emerald Salon Suites LLC are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Photography and Videography: By booking our services, you consent to attendees being photographed and recorded. Aficionados Upscale Mobile Cigar Lounge reserves the right to use these images and recordings for promotional purposes. Refund Policy Refund Eligibility: Deposits are refundable if requested at least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled event. No exceptions. Refund requests made less than five business days before the event will not be honored. Refund Process: Contact us at info@aficionadosmobilelounge.com with your booking details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Event Cancellation: If canceled by Aficionados Upscale Mobile Cigar Lounge, the booking party will be offered a full refund or an option to reschedule. Aficionados Upscale Mobile Cigar Lounge LLC and Emerald Salon Suites LLC are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses during the event. Release of Liability: You release, waive, and discharge Aficionados Upscale Mobile Cigar Lounge LLC, including their owners, employees, and affiliates, from any liability, claims, or actions for injuries, damages, or losses arising from the event. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aficionados Upscale Mobile Cigar Lounge LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from the event or violation of these terms and conditions.
