Cancellation Policy

By booking Aficionados Upscale Mobile Cigar Lounge (AUMCL), you agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated herein. Age Restriction: All attendees must be at least 21 years of age. Valid identification is required for entry. Conduct: Attendees must conduct themselves respectfully and orderly. AMUCL reserves the right to refuse service or remove anyone deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous. Smoking Policy: Our services cater to smoking-friendly events. Attendees acknowledge the risks associated with smoking and are responsible for their actions and health. Personal Belongings: The client and attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. AMUCL is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Photography and Videography: By booking our services, you consent to attendees being photographed and recorded. AMUCL reserves the right to use these images and recordings for promotional purposes. Refund Policy All bookings for our Cigar Bar Experience are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made. This policy is in place because each booking requires advance preparation, staffing, and allocation of premium inventory. Additionally, securing a date for the cigar bar removes the opportunity to book our full mobile lounge experience for that same date, which limits availability for other clients. Exception – Event Cancellation: In the unfortunate case that the event itself is canceled, the booking party may request a refund of 50% of the total booking fee. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us at info@aficionadosmobilelounge.com with your full name, event date, and booking details. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Event Cancellation by AUMCL: If AUMC Lounge cancels the event for any reason, the booking party will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the service at no additional cost. Disclaimer Assumption of Risk: Booking and participation are at your own risk. AMUCL is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses during the event. Release of Liability: You release, waive, and discharge AMUCL, including their owners, employees, and affiliates, from any liability, claims, or actions for injuries, damages, or losses arising from the event. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMUCL from any claims, damages, or expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from the event or violation of these terms and conditions.
